The AGM is the chance for all members to have their say on important decisions around how the Toy Library is run, and who runs it. Your vote is crucial for the continuous operation of the Toy Library.

Proxy Voting
If you can’t make it in person, you can vote by proxy. This means you can nominate someone to vote on your behalf.
Our constitution allows members to be represented by a proxy vote at the AGM to form a quorum (the minimum number of members required to attend). To ensure that we have a quorum we would appreciate if you could please appoint a member of the current committee or another member of the Toy Library as your proxy if you can’t attend.

The toy library is run and organised by volunteers. We need your participation and help to keep it running and as awesome as ever.
